Can I change or cancel my order?

We can edit or cancel within 12 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started. Email info@displora.store with your order number.

How long is the lead time?

Most items ship in 3–7 business days. Larger sets or custom sizes may require additional time; we’ll confirm by email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from İzmir, Turkey. Transit times vary by destination. Duties/taxes are determined by your local customs office.

Which carriers do you use?

We typically ship with reliable express services. A tracking link is sent once your order leaves our studio.

Will brass tarnish over time?

A gentle patina may form—this is natural. Prefer a brighter look? Apply a thin microcrystalline wax occasionally.

Are fabrics safe for jewelry?

Yes. Our microsuede is smooth and non-abrasive for metals and stones, ideal for daily display and photography.

Do you offer custom sizes or sets?

Absolutely. For branding or showcase projects, we tailor dimensions, finishes, and bundled sets. Contact us with your needs.

What is your return policy?

Unused, undamaged items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom items are non-returnable unless defective.

Item arrived damaged—what should I do?

Keep all packaging and email info@displora.store with photos within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or solution promptly.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Wholesale terms are available for qualified partners and volume orders. Please include your company details and required quantities.

Can you match my brand colors?

We can discuss custom fabric colors and finishes for brand alignment. Minimums may apply.
