How to Start a Return
- Email info@displora.store with your order number and photos (if damaged).
- We’ll reply with the return address and RMA instructions.
- Pack securely; use a tracked service and share the tracking code.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund or replacement.
Damages & Issues
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Keep all packing materials until the claim is resolved.
